The Chef Stephanie team provides sustainable catering for people who are passionate about food. We are committed to delivering the best possible guest experience, unique & amazing food, as well as guiding you through the entire process. Our team combines the highest quality, locally sourced ingredients on each of our personally designed menus. We have extensive knowledge of vegan and vegetarian cuisine as well as a wide range of ethnic foods and fusions. You and your guests will experience an unforgettable & flawless event. How We Are Green
We support local farmers by shopping at farmer’s markets and choosing seasonal, organic produce, meats, and eggs for our menus. We adhere to the highest standards of reducing, reusing, and recycling, striving to eliminate waste in our production kitchen, at events, and in the office. We eliminate a waste stream by shopping with reusable bags, using durable, reusable service wear, or using only fully biodegradable food service ware in cases where disposables are needed. We capture all compostables from our events for the San Francisco green waste program, and we use only recycled, post-consumer paper products and non-toxic cleaning products.
